BDS steps up the performance and capability of the 2016-2021 Toyota Tundra trucks with 7 inch lift kit suspension system. Get the tire clearance and attitude you’re looking for with the 7 inch Lift Kit Suspension System for your Toyota Tundra. This kit takes advantage of BDS’s tried and true high-clearance design for improved ground clearance, strength, and offroad protection while correcting suspension and steering geometry for great on-road handling characteristics.

High Clearance Crossmembers

These specially designed 1/4" thick laser cut high clearance crossmembers to maximize clearance and provide a solid mounting point for the OE lower control arms. These paired with the heavy duty front skid plate system create a rigid subframe while adding protection for vital steering and driveline components.

Heavy Duty Steering Knuckles

The steering knuckles are critical to setting your lifted truck up right. While taller for the additional lift height, these arms dwarf the factory units to allow additional strength with ductile iron castings, CNC- machined for a precision fit. The steering tie rod mount is relocated to mimic original steering geometry for ESC system compatibility.

Important Notes

  1. Requires frame bracket modification and welding.
  2. No strut dissassembly required.
  3. Stock 18" wheels can not be installed. factory 20" wheels with more than 6.25" backspacing can not be installed.
  4. Models with two piece rear drive line would require rear drive shaft modification.
  5. Models equipped with 6 piston calipers will require clearance machining on the caliper near the bolt holes on the mounting surface.
  6. Will NOT work on TRD Pro (Bilstein anf Fox Piggback Strut) models.
